International Affairs Division

The International Affairs Division manages the FOPH’s international work. It represents Switzerland’s interests at international organisations, in particular the World Health Organization (WHO), working closely with our directorates.

New Head of International Affairs Division

Bern, 15.4.2024 – From 1 August 2024, Barbara Schedler Fischer is to lead the International Affairs Division of the FOPH. As Vice Director, she will also be a member of senior management.

The FOPH represents Switzerland’s health-related interests abroad. Find out here about our cooperation with different international organisations, the European Union and other States.
